Vehicle Inspection
You are responsible for ensuring the following are in order.
Mechanical
Brake pads & shoes (over 3mm depth recommended for pads)- Wheel bearing play
- Check fluid level and condition in engine, transmission, differential(s), brakes, and cooling system.
- Foot brakes and parking brake
- Tires: condition, tread, pressure
Safety
- All exterior lighting
- Horn, windshield wipers, mirrors
- Seat belts
Recommended
- Spare tire
- Reflective safety triangle
- First Aid Kit
- Tow/Recovery Rope
- Fire Extinguisher
