TEST DAY
We expect WGI to hold a test day on Friday, May 29, 2026. This test day would be hosted and operated by WGI and is no way affiliated with the Glen Region. HOWEVER, in order to enter the test day, drivers MUST complete registration for the race weekend with the SCCA. Details for the test day, once confirmed, (including registration hours) will be posted once received from WGI. We expect registration for the test will be in person only on 5/28 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM & 5/29, from 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
Event requirements
REMINDERS
Drivers must have a valid SCCA membership as well as current full competition or SCCA Pro license to participate (or a signed off novice permit). You must present the license at registration. Please verify that your license has been renewed and is valid prior to the event! Your competition license may not renew with your membership! No one under 18 admitted in the hot areas. All entries are in accordance with the GCR appendix B 1.4 and in this case 1.4.5.
Please review the Supps, when available, for posted registration and tech hours! And don't forget to check the maps in the back of the Supps - the paddock map is important to know where parking and paddocking is available!
TEXT MESSAGES
The Glen Region encourages you to sign up for text message notifications from the region through MotorsportReg. We will NOT spam you and will not use your number for any purpose other than necessary or urgent communications regarding the event. These messages are rare but a very quick and easy method to communicate schedule changes, urgent weather updates, and other potentially necessary communications throughout the weekend - nothing more.
You can sign up during the registration process or click here to go to your MSR account, click your profile at the top of the page, look for SCCA - Glen Region - Club Racing under Memberships and click the Edit link to the right. In the section titled Receive Notifications, select Yes, send me event and other updates from SCCA - Glen Region - Club Racing, then click Save Club Membership. As mentioned, we will not be sending you "other" updates, this is exclusively for notifications about the event. If you're still concerned, these same instructions will also allow you to turn off this option after the event.
