SCCA Regional Tour RoadRally
Black Friday is run mostly in Scott County rally meaning lots of unpaved. Driving lights are nice but not really needed. The route consists of many of the Minnesota Valley Winter Rally roads used when that was a longer rally. This one ill be under 90 miles.
For those running the Winter Rally series this is a great warm-up and who knows, we may have snow.
Entry Fee: $40
Starts: Shakopee Town Square near CTC Coffee.
Registration 5:30 - 7PM
Classes (per SCCA)
G, Any device using only GPS for distance.
Legacy classes
E, No limitation on equipment
L, External Odometer but not connected to computation.
S, Stock odometer (No GPS!)
Event requirements
You are responsible for insuring the following are in order:
Headlights (high and low beams) and parking lights
Taillights and brake lights
Horn, windshield wipers and directional signals
Rear-view mirror
Foot brakes and parking brake
Tires (inspect for condition of sidewalls as well as tread)
Seat belts, securely installed for the driver and navigator
Safety triangle (optional)
First Aid Kit (optional)
Tow Rope (optional)
Fire Extinguisher (optional)
