EVERYONE ENTERING THIS EVENT SITE MUST SIGN A SCCA WAIVER
- Event is pre-register/pre-pay only, NO walk-ups will be allowed
- Payments will not be accepted on-site
- Loaner helmets will be available (you will need to exchange your drivers license to borrow a helmet during the heat you run)
-
It is strongly recommended that drivers bring their own helmets if at all possible.
We will allow drivers to borrow loaner helmets. You will be asked to use a head sock with the helmet. Passengers are not guaranteed access to loaner helmets; we will be trying to reduce the number of folks sharing helmets while still offering drivers without helmets an opportunity to compete without having to buy their own.
We will not be able to sanitize helmets between users, and will attempt to limit to the best of our ability the number of drivers that end up sharing a helmet. If you are not comfortable with this, please bring your own helmet to the event
-
- Tech: Letters and numbers must be on body panels, not windows. Numbers must be a minimum of 8” high and class letters must be a minimum of 4” high
- Please have your numbers and class on the vehicle prior to going to tech line. Magnetic class name and numbers, or have CONTRASTING painters tape or electrical tape to create your own on site. (Be mindful it needs to be CLEARLY visible from 50'+ away)
- Make sure your vehicle is in competition configuration (remove loose items, correct wheels and tires, etc.)
- Have your helmet available at Tech.
- Pop your hood and trunk.
- We will attempt roaming registration at Tech, please have your license and Membership card available.
- If there any changes such as car, class, number, etc., you will be required to checkin at the Funmover registration area..
