This event is governed by the 2025 General Competition Rules (GCR) and Category Specifications, as amended for 2025 per "Fastrack", except as modified by these Supplemental Regulations

1. REGISTRATION and FEES
      A. TEST DAY: Blackhawk Farms Raceway will provide an open test day on Friday, May 2, 2025. This is a track
           test day AND IS NOT covered under the SCCA event sanction and insurance. Please see
           https://blackhawkfarms.com/track-days/pre-race-test-and-tune/ or call Blackhawks Farms at 815-389-2000
           for additional information.
B. ENTRY FEES:

Entry Fee for the two day weekend is $590
Second entry same driver $360
Each SRF3, and FE2 entry will be charged an additional $30 and
each SM/SMX an additional $20 compliance fee per entry for the weekend.
(The $20 Runoffs appearance fee is included in the entry fee.)

Due to track rules, SCCA members, crew, and guests who arrive outside of the posted hours of registration will NOT be able to gain admission without the event credentials. In addition to the SCCA event or annual waiver, the track requires all attendees to sign their track waiver.

Friday - 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday - 6:45 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday - 7:00am - 12:00 pm

C. PAYMENTS and REFUNDS: Drivers can register for the race online at msreg.com/BFR Majors2025. Online
registration closes Tuesday, 4/29/2025 at 11:59 PM. Drivers may use or request a paper entry form and mail
it with their entry fees (do not mail entries by any method that requires a signature upon delivery) to the

Credit cards will not be processed before 5/2/2025. Make checks payable to Blackhawk Valley Region SCCA,
Inc. If you pre-enter and do not cancel your entry through motorsportsreg.com or by notifying the Chief
Registrar by 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 4, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. A refund will be made if
the entry does not touch the pit lane and/or track. Withdrawal notifications are accepted by email, phone,
or in person to the Chief Registrar or via MotorsportReg.com and would be greatly appreciated in advance
of the event.
D. PASSES: Each entry receives credentials for the driver plus up to three crew members. An Entrant who is not
the driver and is not on any prep shop list must be listed as a crew member. Additional passes may be
purchased at Registration for $10 each. Workers, guests, and crew must sign for their own passes. All crew
members signing in under a prep shop list must be an SCCA member. Weekend memberships are available
for purchase if needed. SCCA members (non-participants) must present a valid membership card for
admission. Workers and members are limited to one guest each. Due to track rules, SCCA members, crew,
and guests who arrive outside of the posted hours of registration will NOT be able to gain admission
without the event credentials. In addition to the SCCA event or annual waiver, the track requires all
attendees to sign their track waiver.

SCCA ANNUAL WAIVER: If you are an adult SCCA member and do not already have a current SCCA Annual Waiver on file with SCCA, we would greatly appreciate your processing one in advance of the event.  Directions on how to process the new online annual waiver are availble here : Digital annual waiver directions.  Event waivers will still be available on the day of the event in registration for those who need them.

SCCA appreciates a photo on file, which can be done by editing your photo area on your profile. There is an Edit button in the upper right corner of that area.  

Anyone without an SCCA Annual Waiver on file with SCCA will need to sign an Event Waiver.
