SCCA Chicago Region hopes you will join us for a fun drive on the scenic backroads of northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin on Saturday, September 25.

This Chicago Region SCCA G.O.A.T.S. (Get Out and Tour Series) event will provide you with an enjoyable day of driving with plenty of scenic views, turns and elevation changes. The drive will take approximately 2.5 hours and will end in Freeport, Ill., at Big O's On the Hollow overlooking the Pecatonica River valley, where we will meet for lunch and some socializing.

When: Saturday September 25, 2021

Registration: Pre-event registration is required. The entry deadline is Sunday, September 19, 2021.

Entry fee per car: $14 for SCCA members, $30 for nonmembers. A weekend membership is required for all nonmember drivers; the fee is included in the entry. All cars must have a driver and a navigator. Any navigator / passenger who is not an SCCA member will be asked to sign a Trial Membership document at the starting point (no additional fees assessed).

Starting point: Blain's Farm & Fleet, 4567 E. Rockton Rd., Rockton, Ill. 61073 at the northeast corner of the parking lot near the McDonalds. Check-in will open at 9 a.m., with the first car off promptly at 10 a.m.

 

Notice to Participants Regarding COVID-19 Precautions: Every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to the COVID-19 virus. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess the risk to you of participating in this event and to make the decision whether or not to partake.

If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please stay home. If you have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing these symptoms in the last two weeks, please stay home.

While on site please take the health and safety of your fellow participants, volunteers and staff into consideration and practice social distancing, wear a mask, and wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer frequently.

If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 within two (2) weeks of attending an SCCA event, we ask that you notify the event Registrar immediately.
