Overview

• The main vendor area will be located in the Road America Midway between the Competition and Main paddock areas, near Parker John’s concession stand.
• The space will be positioned parallel to the road.
• Display, equipment, and inventory must remain within your designated area, and no solicitation is allowed outside of the rented space.
• Vendor location will be based on receipt of contract, space size, full payment, resale permit number and certificate of insurance.

Pricing

• Please ensure to account for all the space needed to stock all your necessary products and display. Trailer space must include measurements from hitch to bumper; add 10’ to 20’ tail gate if kept open. You may be asked to supply a rendering.
• Spaces are sold at $1.00/sq. foot. Sizes listed below are depth x length.

• • 10' x 10' space = $100
  • 15' x 20' space = $300
  • 15’ x 30' space = $450
  • 15’ x 40’ space = $600
  • 20’ x 10’ space = $200
  • 20’ x 40’ space = $800
  • 25' x 20' space = $500
  • 25’ x 30' space = $750
  • 25’ x 40’ space = $1000
• We accept all major credit cards, and cards will be charged once a Certificate of Insurance is received by SCCA.
