Please note: Anyone arriving after volunteer registration is closed must purchase a ticket to enter the track.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION HOURS
Thursday, 5:00 pm- 8:00 pm
Friday, 6:15 am - 10:00 am and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday, 6:00 am - 12:00 noon
Sunday, 6:30 am - 10:00 am

Each volunteer is allowed one guest.
Please make sure your guest is aware of the Registration hours.

The Road America Staff will NOT register our volunteers or their guests.

Worker Meeting will be at 7:00 am Friday and 6:30 am Saturday and ***6:30 Sunday at the Road America Center***.
Workers must be 16 years of age or older; 18 years of age or older for hot areas.

Camping near permanent toilet and shower facilities will be available to the Milwaukee Region volunteers.
Advance reservation for each campsite at the track is requested for planning purposes.
More information will be communicated closer to the event.


This event is operated by Road America; therefore we are not permitted to credential SCCA members who are not volunteering at the event unless the person is a guest of a volunteer.
This event is not sanctioned by SCCA, you do not need to be an SCCA member to volunteer to staff a specialty, and the days worked will not count toward the SCCA Volunteer Incentive Program. Friday does count toward the Milwaukee Region Incentive Program.
