Iowa Region SCCA Solo Championship Event! With the cancellation of Solo Nationals we will be holding a special event on Aug 30th. The scoring of this event will act like a two day event where your fastest times from Day 1 and Day 2 are added together. This is a single day event! Morning runs and Afternoon runs, your fastest from each session will be added together for your final time.
It's not actually a "Championship" event but we wanted to score it the same way Solo Nationals does it. There maybe a course change between morning and afternoon runs! Be sure to pre-register, the entry cap will be set at 60 drivers and will fill up quickly.
Event day schedule:
7:30AM-9:00AM - Registration Check In (arrivals after 9am will not be allowed to participate)
7:30AM-9:15AM - Tech inspection
9:30 AM - MANDATORY driver's meeting
9:45 AM Novice Walk
10 AM - First car on course
*We are using permanent numbers for the season. So if you sign up for a number that is yours for the year. If you pick a # that is taken I will email you.
*Sound limits will be enforced this season - No greater than 100dB at 50ft
